Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 September 2026
1. Who you are dealing with
CalledIt (calledit.bet, app.calledit.bet, and the Telegram bot @calleditbet_bot, together the "Service") is operated by Abrudan Ventures S.R.L., CUI 53017100, trade registry no. J2025093115002, Strada Liszt Ferenc Nr. 44A, Oradea, Bihor, Romania. Contact: stefan@calledit.bet. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. What the Service is
CalledIt is a price-discovery copilot. You ask about a game in chat; we compare prices across bookmakers, betting exchanges and prediction markets, and tell you where the best one is.
There are two ways a bet then happens, and the difference matters:
- Handoff. For most venues we give you a link. You open it and place the bet yourself, in your own account, with that venue. We are not involved in the transaction.
- Connected venue. If you choose to connect a venue that we support directly (currently Cloudbet), you give us an API key issued by your own account with that venue. We then place bets on that account when, and only when, you tap the Place button on a specific quote.
We hold no money, ever. There is no CalledIt wallet, no CalledIt balance, and no deposit you can make to us. Your stake is your own balance at your own venue, and it never passes through us. Nothing on our books represents your money.
3. What it costs
The Service is currently free to use. We take no payment from you and hold no payment details. We may in future earn commission from venues we refer you to; that never changes the price you are quoted, which is always the best price we can see on the board.
4. Eligibility and where placement works
- You must be at least 18 years old, or older where your jurisdiction requires. You confirm this before anything else.
- You may only use the Service where it is legal to do so. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
- One-tap placement is not available everywhere. A connected venue applies its own list of countries it will not serve, and we enforce that list before placing. Where you are on it, the Service still answers questions and gives you prices and links, but will not place. You tell us your country when you start, and can change it at any time.
- We do not help anyone evade a venue's geographic restrictions, and doing so is a breach of these terms.
- Where you are is your declaration, and your responsibility. We rely on the country you tell us. We do not independently verify it, and we are not able to. If you give us a country that is not where you are, or you reach the Service or any venue through a VPN, proxy, or any other means that misrepresents your location, you are doing that on your own initiative and at your own risk.
- We accept no responsibility for use from a place where the Service, a venue, or betting itself is restricted or prohibited. That includes any consequence that follows: a venue closing your account, voiding your bets, or withholding a balance; any tax you owe; and any action taken against you by an authority where you live. You use the Service on the basis that you have checked your own position and that it is lawful for you.
- Nothing in these terms is an invitation, inducement, or advertisement directed at anyone in a country where doing so would require a licence we do not hold. If you are in such a country, this Service is not offered to you.
5. Your venue account and your API key
If you connect a venue, the key stays yours and so does the account behind it.
- The key is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and is used only to read your balance and to place bets you have tapped. In Telegram, the message containing your key is deleted as soon as it is stored.
- Send disconnect at any time and the key is deleted. You can also revoke it in your venue account, which takes effect immediately regardless of us.
- Keep your Telegram account and your login secure. Anyone who controls them can operate the Service as you.
- Your relationship with the venue is governed by its terms. It holds your funds, settles your bets, and decides your account standing, not us.
6. Placement, approval, and limits
We never place a bet you have not approved. Every placement follows a specific quote and an explicit tap, and quotes expire.
- Caps. A per-bet cap and a daily cap apply, and you can lower them with the limits command.
- Pause. Send pause to stop all placement immediately; resume to allow it again.
- Kill switch. We can suspend placement across the Service, for example during an incident or a venue outage.
- Prices move. A quote is the price at the moment we fetched it. A venue may reprice, partially fill, or reject a bet, and it may settle or void it under its own rules. We pass on what the venue tells us.
If you tell us you placed a bet elsewhere, we record it so we can track your results. That record is bookkeeping on our side and creates no obligation between us.
7. Not advice, and know your risks
Nothing in the Service is betting, investment, financial, or legal advice. Odds, prices, and probabilities are information, not recommendations, and automated analysis can be wrong. Betting involves real risk of loss: never commit money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, seek help, for example GambleAware.
8. Acceptable use
- No use that is unlawful in your jurisdiction, including evading geographic restrictions with technical means when a service prohibits it.
- No fraud, money laundering, or use of someone else's identity, account, or API key.
- No attacking, scraping at scale, reverse engineering, or disrupting the Service.
- One account per person; you must be acting for yourself.
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.
8a. Reporting a security problem
If you find a vulnerability in the Service, tell us before you tell anyone else: stefan@calledit.bet with "Security" in the subject, or the machine-readable contact at /.well-known/security.txt. Give us enough to reproduce it, do not access, change or keep other people's data, do not degrade the Service, and give us a reasonable time to fix it before disclosing. We will acknowledge within three working days and will not take action against good-faith research that follows these rules. This section is for security reports only. To exercise your data rights, see the Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates third parties: Telegram (the chat surface), Cloudbet and other market venues, odds and statistics data providers, OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to (DeepSeek, NVIDIA, Nex AGI), with Google as a fallback, for the language model that reads your questions (the Privacy Policy names them and how they are used), and Privy (sign-in on the web). We are not responsible for their availability or actions, and their own terms apply to your use of them.
10. Service "as is"
The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that market data is accurate, complete or current, or that any venue will accept, price, or settle a bet in any particular way.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abrudan Ventures S.R.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, for loss of profits, or for betting losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for intent or gross negligence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be flagged in the product.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Oradea, Romania, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the courts of your residence. EU consumers can also contact their national alternative dispute resolution body, listed by the European Commission under consumer redress.
